Skyship Services, Inc. ("Skyship Services," "we," "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Policy explains what information we collect through skyshipservices.com and our related web properties (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you request a capability brief, apply for a role, or otherwise contact us, we collect what you choose to provide — typically your name, organization or agency, email address, telephone number, the platform or mission area you are interested in, and the content of your message. Career applicants may also provide location, discipline, experience, certifications, stated clearance status and a resume link.
Like most websites, we and our service providers collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit, through cookies and similar technologies.
Do not submit classified, export-controlled or otherwise restricted information through this Site. Our public forms are not an approved channel for classified material, controlled unclassified information (CUI), or technical data subject to ITAR or the EAR. If a discussion requires that, contact us and we will arrange an appropriate channel.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand how the Site is used. We may use third-party analytics services, which set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; some parts of the Site may not function as intended if you do. The Site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as no common standard exists.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including to respond to your inquiry, to support an active or prospective program, and to satisfy legal, contractual, audit and records-retention obligations that apply to government contractors.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing (as noted, we do not sell or share in that way). Residents of Florida under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws, and visitors from the EEA and UK may have some or all of these rights.
To exercise a right, email info@skyshipservices.com. We will verify your request before acting on it and will not discriminate against you for making one. Some records must be retained regardless of a deletion request where law or a government contract requires it.
The Site is intended for businesses and government users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We operate in the United States. If you access the Site from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control. This Policy does not apply to them; review their policies before providing information.
We may update this Policy. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
