Heritage

We did not start from a blank page.

In 2022 Skyship Services acquired approximately $1 billion in intellectual property and assets from Lockheed Martin — the hybrid airship and aerostat capability, along with the engineering pedigree behind it.

In 2023 we formed the Team ACES consortium with QinetiQ US, won the CBP TARS award, and acquired the ABC Lightship inventory and intellectual property — the A-60, A-150 and A-170 airframes.

The result is a company that owns its platforms, owns its radar, and owns the sustainment tail. There is no third party in the middle of your program.
